A SOFT feminine wine

Both these California cabernets were well-structured, angular and needed time to soften. They are likely to age well. On
the right, 2000 Ridge Monte Bello at 5 yrs. On the left, 1977 BV Georges de Latour, another 5 year old cabernet sauvignon.
